My Bold Moves in 2025

Hello Beautiful! I am Carmen Maendel and I am a child of God. I would like to be completely honest and transparent with you. I have always dreamed of becoming an author. It has been on my bucket list for a very long time. Did I ever think I would ever have the opportunity to bring this dream to fruition? That would be a resounding, “No.” God has opened doors for me this past summer and fall of 2024 in the area of authorship that I never dreamed possible with She Rises Studios and Fenix TV. I feel tremendously blessed to be able to share these windows into my soul through my stories I share with you in my solo book coming soon: Courageous Women: Casting Cares Upon Jesus. I am very excited that there are several women that are willing to openly and transparently share their own experiences they have had with God working miraculously in their lives as well. I have also included various resources and ideologies that you can use immediately to apply to your everyday life in the areas of health, nutrition, wellness, and spirituality.
I feel like I have been operating way out of my comfort zone since I said, “Yes” to the opportunity of writing in my first anthology earlier last year: Pray Don’t Panic. Since then I have written in seven more anthologies since last summer, and am currently writing my first solo book. This process has been truly life changing and amazing. I feel incredibly blessed to have found a platform to write about how Jesus impacted both my personal and business life. My mother said to me, “I think you have found your new writing career.” My response to that was, “More like my new writing career found me.” We all step out and take risks in life, not knowing fully what the outcome will be. Was I scared? Did I have doubts that I could even submit a chapter let alone an entire solo book for publishing? Did I have limiting beliefs that caused me to re-think what I what doing and why? Did I have actual limitations that would prevent me from achieving this goal and dream? Did I have impostor syndrome wondering if my stories I shared with the world were good enough and useful applications to others? Did I have fears about appearing in magazines and podcasts representing my husband (Nate) and my company: Nate’s Property Maintenance LLC and my books? To all of the above, the answer is a resounding, “Yes to all!” There are always risks involved in doing something great in life. It is truly a mindset shift that needs to take place in order to make Bold Moves in life. My mind moved from, “I can’t do this at all to I look forward to this incredible challenge and all the lessons and experience gained from doing this!”
I prayed each day that God would guide and direct my steps through the first eight anthologies that I wrote since last summer, and asked the Holy Spirit to help me convey my message to the world in a way that was reverent and honorable to Jesus Christ. My sole purpose in my writing is to honor and bring glory to God though sharing life experiences and lessons I have learned in both my personal and business life. We learn the most during enduring the lessons revealed to us in the valley periods of our life. The mountain tops are wonderful and feed our soul, however the valleys are where the true growth happens in all of us. I believe that we must surrender our will to God, and in return He will show us amazing blessings that we never even dreamed would be possible in our lives. God knows exactly what we need in life, and will not always give us what we want at the exact time that we desire it to happen. I have learned that limitations do not exist unless we buy into the lie of Satan that we can not do something. ANYTHING is possible with God!
I have learned that God moves in His own time and way, and I am not worthy or able to change that process. I have learned patience while owning and operating various companies in the last twelve years or so. I have learned about loyalty when it comes to working with others within the company or with our clients. God has taught me forgiveness when situations come up with my husband or work colleagues. God has taught me kindness as I interact with my own family members or those I work with on a regular basis. I have learned to break through some of my own past fears to accomplish things I never would have dreamed that I could do. I spoke at the Empower Her Online Summit in January of 2025, which was aired on Fenix TV to seventeen different countries around the world with an encore event following as well. I was then asked back to speak at the Unstoppable You Online Summit coming up in March of 2025. Our company has been featured twice now in multiple magazines, and I have had the opportunity to be on the cover multiple times and write articles for several different magazines through She Rises Studios and Fenix TV. All of these wonderful things are blessings from God above. I will continue to look up and be obedient to the path that God is taking me on for the rest of my life. I am so excited to see what He has in store for me, and my family, next with working with these incredibly confident bold women at She Rises Studios and Fenix TV. I encourage you to step out of you comfort zone and experience all God has for you even if you may not understand it at the time; be courageous! I want to leave you with my life verse for you to look up in the Bible:
